Who publishes this

Great Billiom is a supplement brand operated by Billiom Limited. Everything on this blog is written and published by us — there is no outside agency, syndication partner, or guest contributor network behind it. If you want to reach a person about anything published here, email help@thegreatbilliom.com.

How we choose topics

We write about the ingredients we sell and the areas they sit in — cardiovascular support, dietary histamine, and cognitive support — plus the wider health news that touches them. Topics come from three places: questions customers send us, search demand for terms where the existing answers are thin or wrong, and new research worth explaining properly.

We do not publish a topic because a keyword looks profitable. If we cannot say something useful and accurate about it, we leave it alone.

How we source claims

Every factual claim in an article traces back to a primary source that we have retrieved and read — the study itself, the systematic review, the regulatory document. We do not cite a press release, a news summary, or another blog's account of a study. Sources are linked in full, directly to the journal page, DOI, or PubMed record, so you can check our reading against the original rather than taking our word for it.

When we cite a study we describe what it actually was: sample size, dose, duration, and design. If a study is retrospective or observational rather than randomized, we say so in the same sentence that reports its finding. We do not cite a study for an outcome it did not measure, and we do not round, inflate, or restate figures. If a claim has no primary source behind it, it does not run.

Independence

We accept no paid placements, sponsored posts, affiliate commissions, or gifted products in exchange for coverage. No outside company pays to be mentioned here, and no outside company reviews or approves an article before it goes live.

We do sell supplements, and our own products appear in these articles. Whenever one does, it is clearly identified as ours. That is a commercial interest, and we would rather state it plainly than bury it.

Corrections

If you think something here is wrong, email help@thegreatbilliom.com with the page URL and what you believe is inaccurate. We check the claim against its primary source. If we got it wrong, we correct the article and add a dated correction note at the foot of the page describing what changed. We do not quietly edit a substantive claim and leave the page looking as though it always said that. Typographical and formatting fixes are made without a note.

We aim to respond to a correction request within five business days.
